Here are 10 tips that will help you lose weight and feel great:
- Boredom is one of your greatest enemies when you're trying to lose weight. To keep it at bay, make sure you've always got a wide selection of fruit and vegetables to choose from.
- Reduce your intake of fat and carbohydrates, and substitute them with fruit and vegetables.
- Prepare your meals when you're not too hungry. That way you'll avoid the temptation of adding unnecessary fat, salt and carbohydrates to your dishes.
- Don't ban any products from your diet, just limit them. To make sure you burn those calories, have them only before going to the gym, doing housework or going out for a walk.
- Never - ever - skip breakfast. A healthy and substantial breakfast is your greatest ally, and the best way to avoid feeling hungry all day and snacking.
- Have dinner no less than two hours before going to bed, so you can burn at least part of the calories.
