  • 1.   Enjoy your food. Buy the fresh fruit you like best. Try new vegetables, not just the traditional ones.

  • 3.   If you're monitoring your weight with your own scale, don't go on it more than once a week. If you've had a bad day, leave it till tomorrow.
  • 4.   Snacking is the easiest way of putting on weight. If you're feeling hungry between meals, try drinking some water first. If that doesn't kill the feeling of hunger, snack on fresh fruit and vegetables, never on fried food, chocolate or pastries.
